• Absolutely! Our team offers planning support, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics to help make your event seamless. 

• Our venue is flexible and can comfortably host events ranging from intimate gatherings of 30 to large-scale celebrations of up to 300 guests, depending on your layout needs. 

We offer a full in-house catering menu and bar services, but we’re open to working with outside vendors upon approval. Let’s chat about your vision! 

• Yes, we offer on-site parking and valet options for larger events. Additional street and nearby lot parking is available as well. 

• Rentals typically include use of the space, tables and chairs, sound and lighting equipment, and access to our in-house bar and catering services. Custom packages are available! 

• Yes, Events Haven is fully ADA-compliant and accessible for all guests. 

• Yes! We have in-house DJs and can connect you with trusted live performers. You’re also welcome to bring your own entertainment with prior approval. 

• Our cancellation policy varies based on the event size and lead time. We’ll provide full details during the booking process.
